چکیده
Abstract The SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex utilizes the energy of ATP hydrolysis to facilitate access and plays essential roles in DNA-based events. Studies animals, plants fungi have uncovered sophisticated regulatory mechanisms this that govern development various stress responses. In review, we summarize composition eukaryotes discuss multiple functions regulating gene transcription, mRNA splicing, DNA damage response. Our review further highlights importance plant immunity responses fungal pathogenesis. Finally, potentials exploiting for management crop disease are presented.

Chromatin remodeling in plant development.
Plant development results from specific patterns of gene expression that are tightly regulated in a spatio-temporal manner. Chromatin remodeling plays a central role in establishing these expression patterns and maintaining epigenetic transcriptional states through successive rounds of mitosis that take place within a cell lineage. Plant epigenetic switches occur not only at the embryo stage, b...

Biological control involves the use of beneficial organisms, their genes, and/or products, such as metabolites, that reduce the negative effects of plant pathogens and promote positive responses by the plant. Disease suppression, as mediated by biocontrol agents, is the consequence of the interactions between the plant, pathogens, and the microbial community. Antagonists belonging to the genus ...
متن کاملPriming in plant-pathogen interactions.
Plants can acquire enhanced resistance to pathogens after treatment with necrotizing attackers, nonpathogenic root-colonizing pseudomonads, salicylic acid, beta-aminobutyric acid and many other natural or synthetic compounds. The induced resistance is often associated with an enhanced capacity to mobilize infection-induced cellular defence responses - a process called 'priming'. Although the ph...
متن کاملIron in Plant–Pathogen Interactions
Infectious diseases are the result of competitive relationships between a host organism and a pathogen. In host vertebrate–microbe interactions, the acquisition of iron for the essential metabolism of pathogenic organisms and the need of the host to bind and sequestrate the metal are central issues. Plants are also confronted with a wide variety of pathogenic microorganisms that can be highly d...
متن کاملChromatin Remodeling ATPases and Plant Development
ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling is an important facet of the regulation of gene expression in eukaryotes. Assembly of DNA into nucleosomes, the basic unit of chromatin, restricts the accessibility of cisregulatory elements in the core DNA for transcription factors that recognize and bind these sites. Chromatin remodeling ATPases use the energy derived from ATP hydrolysis to induce conformati...
